The Firm is extensively involved in advising and drafting of employment agreements, employee handbooks and policies, consultancy agreements, service bonds, deputation agreements, grievance settlement procedures, leave policies, rules and regulations, certification of standing orders, and memoranda of settlement with trade unions, amongst others.
