Ms. Bhatnagar is a Registered Patent Attorney with the Indian Patent Office since 1997, and was previously the head of the Designs Department at Anand And Anand, Advocates, one of India's renowned IP law firms. She is also a member of several international forums such as INTA, FICPI, and APAA, and serves as the Secretary of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA, Indian Group) and as a member of the APAA Design Committee and Council Member with FICPI (India).
